Job Summary We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead and scale our "Client and Colleague Experience" initiatives. As one of several Product Leaders within a portfolio-driven, cross-dependent digital organization, this position leads a critical domain focused on modernizing and integrating the enterprise systems that power our internal operations and customer-facing experiences. This role oversees a team of 3-5 Product Managers and Associate Product Managers, located both onshore and offshore, and is responsible for delivering scalable, integrated solutions in an incremental manner that allows us to shift from our legacy systems to new ones. While deepening our strategic partnerships with Salesforce and Bullhorn, this role will engage executive and business stakeholders and collaborate with peers to align roadmaps, share best practices, refine agile development practices, and deliver cohesive, enterprise-wide value. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
