Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead and scale our "Client and Colleague Experience" initiatives. As one of several Product Leaders within a portfolio-driven, cross-dependent digital organization, this position leads a critical domain focused on modernizing and integrating the enterprise systems that power our internal operations and customer-facing experiences.

This role oversees a team of 3-5 Product Managers and Associate Product Managers, located both onshore and offshore, and is responsible for delivering scalable, integrated solutions in an incremental manner that allows us to shift from our legacy systems to new ones. While deepening our strategic partnerships with Salesforce and Bullhorn, this role will engage executive and business stakeholders and collaborate with peers to align roadmaps, share best practices, refine agile development practices, and deliver cohesive, enterprise-wide value.


Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Leadership:Own the vision, strategy, and execution for the enterprise applications that power the branch experience and staffing operations-including talent and client workflows, job order management, onboarding, timekeeping, and compliance
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Platform Modernization: Drive the incremental shift of legacy applications to next-gen integrated platforms, largely reliant on Salesforce and Bullhorn.
  • Vendor & Platform Strategy: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with third-party software vendors and implementation partners.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure solutions meet organizational needs.
  • Change Management: Lead adoption and change management strategies to ensure successful rollout and sustained use of applications.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
  • Performance Measurement: Define and track KPIs to measure product success, user satisfaction, and business impact.
  • Cross-functional Planning: Lead cross-functional planning and execution across product, engineering, and business teams (HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Field Operations, Business Services) to ensure cohesive delivery of client and colleague experiences., and peer Product Directors to drive cross-functional alignment and enterprise-wide impact.
  • Product Vision Ownership: Own the product vision and roadmap for the Client and Colleague Experience domain, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and stakeholder needs.


Preferred Education & Experience

  • 10+ years of product management and/or enterprise application experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in implementing and scaling off-the-shelf SaaS or enterprise software solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, Workday, ServiceNow).
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across HR, Finance, and Operations. Preferred experience within a staffing organization.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and enterprise IT environments.

Travel Requirements

As needed for vendor meetings, team offsites, product launches, or industry events. Approximately 10-15%.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $200,000 to $220,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
