Program Analyst - Senior-Level

Location: Washington, DC
Clearance Requirement: Secret Clearance
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAU Level II in Program Management
Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in program/project management
Domain Knowledge:




  • Expert understanding of DoD/DoN procedures and policies, including the DoD 5000 process and Middle Tier Acquisition



  • Demonstrated experience in Navy DoD weapon systems




Position Overview:
The Senior Program Analyst plays a critical role in providing strategic analysis and expert programmatic recommendations to government stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of defense acquisition, program lifecycle management, and Navy systems to drive mission success through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead the collection and interpretation of program data to assess efficiency, effectiveness, and impact



  • Evaluate complex organizational and program challenges and develop actionable solutions



  • Conduct interviews and facilitate working groups with senior stakeholders to identify root causes and strategic opportunities



  • Apply quantitative methods and modeling techniques to validate findings and project outcomes



  • Deliver concise, actionable reports and conduct presentations to senior government leadership



  • Advise on the implementation of recommendations and support continuous improvement efforts across the program lifecycle
