Program Analyst - Senior-Level

Clearance Requirement: Secret Clearance
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAU Level II in Program Management
Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in program/project management
Domain Knowledge:

  Expert understanding of DoD/DoN procedures and policies, including the DoD 5000 process and Middle Tier Acquisition

  
  
• 
  

  Demonstrated experience in Navy DoD weapon systems

  
  

Position Overview:
The Senior Program Analyst plays a critical role in providing strategic analysis and expert programmatic recommendations to government stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of defense acquisition, program lifecycle management, and Navy systems to drive mission success through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  Lead the collection and interpretation of program data to assess efficiency, effectiveness, and impact

  Evaluate complex organizational and program challenges and develop actionable solutions

  Conduct interviews and facilitate working groups with senior stakeholders to identify root causes and strategic opportunities

  Apply quantitative methods and modeling techniques to validate findings and project outcomes

  Deliver concise, actionable reports and conduct presentations to senior government leadership

  
  
• 
  

  Advise on the implementation of recommendations and support continuous improvement efforts across the program lifecycle
