Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. This position collaborates with the relationship team to provide fiduciary services to high net worth clients bringing a high level of expertise with a focus on relationship expansion and retention. Consults on estate and tax planning, wealth transfer, and asset management needs. Implements and fulfills the provisions of legal and estate planning documents. Collaborates with team to identify planning and revenue opportunities driven by client goals, needs, financial situations, and family dynamics. Demonstrates discretion and effective judgement in managing complex and sensitive relationships. Supports client service delivery and operational management in all assigned relationships. Provides mentoring and advice to fiduciary associates through a strong knowledge of fiduciary norms. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Trust Administration, Estate Planning, or Financial Planning OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Trust Administration, Estate Planning, or Financial Planning. Must have large bank Delaware trust administration experience. Preferred Skills: Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA). Prior experience serving as a member of acceptance and discretionary committees. Subject matter expert for prospecting and training on the Delaware Advantage. Strong center of influence network.
