  • Support the evaluation, implementation, and documentation of new tools and solutions for internal and external users.
  • Contribute to the company's mission by upholding service standards and promoting a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Contribute to the on-going implementation of company values.
  • Adhere to best working practices as defined by industry standards.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Independent and critical thinker with strong intellectual curiosity and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear, professional communicator-both written and verbal-with internal and external audiences.
  • Comfortable receiving direction and feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a "test, learn, iterate" approach to processes and deliverables.
  • Proven track record of delivering high standards of customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern browsers.
  • Familiarity with DAM/CMS platforms (e.g., Xinet, Umbraco, Commerce sites) is a plus.
  • Skilled in decision-making based on sound process knowledge.

  • Enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to interpret and follow written, oral, and procedural instructions.
