Join the team as Twilio's next Staff Product Manager, Operations & Infrastructure (O&I) on the Go-To-Market Sales Automation team.

About the job

This position is needed to build world-class tools and solutions for our rapidly growing Go-To-Market teams.

The Product Manager, O&I will work across levels and teams to establish a roadmap that drives to fruition the goals of the GTM Sales Automation organization. You will work to support key operational efforts, drive transformational initiatives (inc. case management, product feedback), and lead platform-wide projects that enable scalable infrastructure, establish a cohesive approach to UI/UX, and leverage the latest technologies (including AI). The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex business problems (including highly technical challenges), working with various teams, and leading strategically through development of a long-term roadmap.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:



  • Establish vision & strategy: Use a deep understanding of your stakeholders and corporate landscape (business goals, big problems to solve, current state) to create and maintain your product strategy for development operations within Salesforce (scalable infrastructure, QA, deployment processes etc)
  • Construct and maintain a roadmap: Create and deliver a rolling 1+ year roadmap of Development Operations & Infrastructure initiatives and features that solve for business and user needs. You will balance the long term needs of our systems teams with evolving business needs. You will create a plan to get us on the latest Salesforce technologies & best practices
  • Gather and clarify requirements: Generate and prioritize ideas with appropriate support/reasoning. Write business cases, hypothesis statements and features with input from stakeholders to clearly convey the "whys" and "whats" of business needs.
  • Drive and facilitate collaboration: Are a trusted and strong leader with a point of view to objectively drive decisions while maintaining healthy relationships. You solve problems before they result in delays or confusion. You are the voice of your customers and advocate for solutions that solve their needs
  • Communicate with passion to all levels: Promote your product and upcoming features so that your key stakeholders are up-to-date and excited for improvements
  • Leverage technical knowledge and skills: Have a deep familiarity of the platform(s), applications, data model and analytic tools. Run reports to make data driven decisions and measure success/adoption.
  • Organize & execute: Ensure initiatives are delivered holistically and on-time. Partner with product owners, solution architects, and technical leads to ensure delivery of impactful solutions
  • Deliver value: Enjoy getting MVPs out the door knowing that great user experience and lovable products take ongoing investment, refinement and polish. You will be responsible for delivering features that improve the way our teams leverage Salesforce, and ensure scalable architecture.
  • Measure success: Own the key success metrics within Development Operations & Infrastructure and build a roadmap of projects to improve

*Required:



  • 3-5 years of experience in a Product role within a technology company
  • 3+ years experience managing roadmap and processes based on the Salesforce platform
  • Ability to define a product vision that excites users and stakeholders
  • Experience translating business requirements to technical teams
  • Experience working with technical teams using Agile methodologies
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders with varying levels of technical acumen
  • Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills. You can communicate sophisticated concepts, clearly and concisely
  • DevOps experience
  • Hands-on experience building solutions on the Salesforce platform (clicks or code)
  • At least one Salesforce certification


Desired:



  • Experience working with a global development team
  • Experience partnering with third-party tool vendors and collaborating on feature implementation
  • Experience with / working knowledge of Data Cloud
  • Experience with / working knowledge of Snowflake
  • Experience with / working knowledge of AI Tools & Platform (esp. Agentforce)
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications


Location

This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.

Travel

We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.

Compensation

*Please note this role is open to candidates outside of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Washington State. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:



  • Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $126,000.00 - $157,500.00
  • Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $133,400.00 - $166,700.00
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $148,200.00 - $185,200.00
  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.


The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
