About the Role: The PDM & Reliability Supervisor plays a critical role in driving equipment, reliability and operational excellence. This position focuses on identifying and eliminating the root causes of equipment failures, leading predictive and preventative maintenance efforts, and supervising a team dedicated to improving plant performance. The role is essential in reducing O&M expenditures and increasing equipment uptime and reliability. Key Responsibilities:
