Pursuit Team Manager Kansas City, Missouri Would you describe yourself as being a creative leader who inspires? Garver's Water Business Line Marketing Team is expanding and looking for a Pursuit Team Manager with strong mentorship and proposal management skills to support our proposal coordinators on project pursuits. This position will manage and mentor a "squad" of water-focused proposal coordinators. The Pursuit Team Manager will use our proven pursuit process to help level workload across the team and have direct responsibility for the final quality of their team's work. Additionally, the Pursuit Team Manager is a "working manager" position; he/she will manage proposals themselves, working in tandem with our graphic designers, content writers, and business development teammates to lead and execute those assignments. As a leader on the industry-leading AEC marketing team, this position will work closely with the Marketing Team Leader to invest in team development, streamline team operations and processes, and invest in the growth of younger staff.
