We're building and connecting technology for a safer world.This department is responsible for selling our mobile video ecosystem to enterprise organizations and Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. Job Description The Director of Retail Strategy will take ownership and work closely with our sales teams and retail customers to proactively develop opportunities, grow revenue, and gain market share in the retail enterprise marketplace. The Director of Retail Strategy will be at the forefront of developing and executing effective sales strategies, building and managing relationships with internal sales, product teams, and key end user organizations. Target Base Salary Range: $170,000- $190,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
