The Opportunity

Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator is the technology underpinning Adobe's agentic framework - powering the building and coordination of Adobe Experience Platform Agents. It also enables collaboration with third-party agents to solve complex problems and aid decision-making. Built on Adobe Experience Platform, these agents empower your teams to focus on strategy, creativity, and driving high-impact outcomes. You will represent the Agent Orchestrator team internally across product and cross-functional initiatives, define priorities, bring clarity, and lead continuous agile development. Successful candidates will have a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high-quality software and AI-powered capabilities through effective and efficient engineering processes.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate and lead engineering, AI/ML platform development, and operational efforts across multiple teams and regions to deliver scalable, intelligent experiences.

  • Drive the execution of programs involving AI/ML model integration, data pipelines, inferencing infrastructure, and performance optimization.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to translate customer needs into high-impact AI capabilities.

  • Demonstrate adept conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.

  • Efficiently manage interdependencies, monitor potential issues and risks, and formulate contingency plans.

  • Drive alignment and execution for both traditional software components and machine learning model lifecycles.

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members, including insights into architecture and model behavior.

  • Champion the customer experience through responsible AI practices, model transparency, and quality assurance.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar).

  • 15+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record leading software and AI/ML programs across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong technical foundation, including experience with AI/ML lifecycle management, model deployment, MLOps practices, or data platform development.

  • Deep understanding of software development processes, including experimentation, evaluation metrics, and feedback loops.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to drive decisions and prioritization using data and measurable outcomes.

  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across organizations.
