Summary The Assistant Superintendent supports the Site Superintendent in managing field operations throughout the delivery of a project, from start to final completion and closeout. This role is responsible for assisting in directing the field in alignment with our core values and expectations set on a job-by-job basis. Working under the guidance of the Site Superintendent and in partnership with the Project Manager, the Assistant Superintendent helps to develop, manage, and execute the job plan for assigned projects. The full salary range for this position is $80,000 to $115,000. This position is eligible for a target bonus.
