About this Opportunity:

The Residential Program Coordinator functions as an operational leader and is responsible for ensuring services to clients are exceptional by providing supervision to the Residential Supervisor Team. This includes establishing clear and consistent expectations, oversight of regulatory and funding standards, oversight and compliance with budget expectations and engaging the program team in a shared vision for service delivery and impact. Serves on the Campus Programs Leadership Team and DABSJ's Program and Organizational Leadership Team, functioning as the residential representative to and from that team.

Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a field related to human services and 2 years of experience, a minimum two years of increasingly responsible leadership experience in a Child Caring Institution, 2-4 years of demonstrated experience empowering and supporting staff in a supervisory capacity and a thorough understanding of the strengths, needs, challenges and resilience of the target population of children, youth, and families.
