About this Opportunity: The Independent Living Plus (ILP) Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall growth and daily operations of the Independent Living Plus Program. This position supervises ILP Assistant Supervisors and ILP Coaches while also supporting the supervision growth of the Development Specialist team. The Program Coordinator will support the team in creating physical and emotional safety for youth in ILP, while providing exceptional service according to established plans and regulatory standards. The Program Coordinator develops community relationships to ensure ILP youth have resources, support and the necessary goals as they navigate their journey towards independence while also ensuring an adequate stream of referrals from various sources. This role requires a strengths-based approach, non-judgmental attitude and a strong ability for developing relationships with young people and their team. The ILP Program Coordinator additionally supports all Campus Programs, providing leadership on site, on-call coverage, and crisis response Would you like to help us accomplish our mission as a Program Coordinator? We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree in human behavioral science preferred. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Child Caring Institution (i.e. Residential Treatment Program), a minimum of two years of experience supervising staff in a Child Caring Institution. Demonstrated understanding of the strengths, needs, challenges and resilience of the target population of children, youth, and families.
