You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of inbound materials. This position involves managing the delivery schedule and serving as the primary point of contact for carriers, vendors, and internal partners. As the Receiving Administrator, you will ensure the timely and compliant receipt of materials, resolve purchase order issues, and handle proper documentation, all while supporting inventory accuracy and maintaining quality standards.

Your role will include:



  • Coordinate the delivery schedules of all incoming receipts with carriers, suppliers, and receiving personnel. Work closely with the Warehouse team to ensure a smooth flow of materials to production.
  • Communicate with warehouse personnel regarding the receiving process and assist with any issues or requests raised by the receiving operators.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors related to purchase orders, deliveries, and documentation.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed, which may include assisting in the development and implementation of written receiving procedures, maintaining files, and ordering and managing warehouse operating supplies.
  • Manage the return process for inbound materials, coordinating with vendors and affiliated sites.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Prepare all paperwork and correspondence related to the receipt and handling of raw materials and other incoming items.


You?



  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 3 years of computerized warehouse experience required.
  • Must have strong computer, communication and organization skills. Attention to detail, focus on customer service and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential.
  • Must be a self-starter, flexible, able to follow established procedures with limited supervision and work to continually improve processes and results.
  • Good knowledge of local and international material/product safety/security norms and regulations.
  • Solid IT skills (SAP preferred, MS Office)

  • Salary range for this position based on candidate experience: 58,000-70,000 per year
