JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Healthcare Analytics Advisor leads the development and execution of employer-focused analytical solutions. This role is responsible for conducting advanced data analysis, generating insights, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance employer and consulting service offerings. The position requires expertise in healthcare data analytics, a strong understanding of employer benefit trends, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business intelligence.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct advanced data analysis to support employer and consulting initiatives, identifying key trends and opportunities for improvement.
2. Develop complex reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analytical findings to internal teams and external clients. 3. Collaborate with the Director, Employer and Consulting Services, to refine and enhance employer-based analytics strategies. 4. Oversee monitoring of product performance, conducting assessments, and making recommendations for enhancements. 5. Work with internal stakeholders to integrate and align employer analytics with broader company initiatives. 6. Provide technical expertise on healthcare claims data, cost and utilization trends, and population health improvement strategies. 7. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain data security best practices. 8. Coordinate cross-functional projects, collaborating with teams across the organization to drive innovation and process improvement. 9. Demonstrate commitment to the company's core values and ensure high standards of quality and service. 10.
