The Los Angeles Times has an opening for a full-time, temporary photo editor to join our award-winning team of visual journalists. The editor's main focus will be to help generate, plan, select and publish compelling visual storytelling for our digital platforms and news print sections. The successful candidate is someone who has excellent news and sports judgment, strong photo editing skills and can move with speed. The editor will work collaboratively with a news team that is constantly evolving and innovating to create fresh, high-impact visual journalism. They must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to inspire and educate others, push boundaries and take visuals to their highest potential. Responsibilities:

This temporary position is expected to last three months. We will consider candidates who would work remotely in other time zones as well as those who would work in El Segundo, Calif.
