JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Penn State Shenango invites applications for Adjunct Lecturers in Information Technology and Management Information Systems, startingAugust 2025.

Job Duties

  • Teach classes supporting our baccalaureate degree in Information Technology (IT) degree and/or in Management Information Systems using in-person, hybrid, and online delivery methods.
  • Commitment to high-quality instruction in a student-centered environment is expected.
  • Interest in active and collaborative learning, the instructional use of technology, and hybrid and online teaching are an advantage.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a multidisciplinary environment is important.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications includea master's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer information systems, computer science, or a closely-related field.
  • College-level teaching experience, including the instructional use of technology, is preferred.

Applicants will be reviewed based on their background, experience, and educational credentials.
