Washington, DC (On-Site) Pay From: $150k MUST: Experienced Technical Lead (Engineer/Architect) 10+ years in IT project/delivery management. 6+ years leading Agile-based support teams. 3+ years of AWS migration experience (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch). Must have experience with ColdFusion and Sybase Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with SQL, Spring Boot, J2EE, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps tools. Familiarity with ColdFusion, PowerBuilder, Sybase, and SSMA for database migration. Bachelor's required DUTIES: You will work closely with senior client executives, Agile teams, and technical stakeholders to drive delivery excellence, ensure high system availability, and support modernization efforts. Responsibilities include: Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of IT applications, ensuring high availability and performance. Coordinate with stakeholders and Agile teams to manage requirements, plan releases, and address operational needs. Oversee cloud migration of legacy applications to AWS. Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting for systems built on WebLogic, ColdFusion, PowerBuilder, Sybase, and more. Support delivery across platforms including ServiceNow, Okta, MuleSoft, Socrata, Box, and Zendesk. Promote Agile and DevSecOps practices across teams. Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production issues. Ensure standardized delivery practices and cross-system integration.
