We are hiring an Analyst Engineer. The Analyst Engineer will have hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric and DP-600 certification. This role will have a deep understanding of modern data architecture, be proficient in implementing end-to-end analytics solutions, and demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Fabric's components including Lakehouses, Data Warehousing, Dataflows, and Real-Time Analytics. This position can work remotely but ideally will live within driving distance of one of our locations. Either in Lincolnshire, IL or Neenah, WI facilities. Essential responsibilities: * Develop and manage Lakehouses, Data Pipelines, and Notebooks using Fabric tools and Synapse. * Work closely with business stakeholders to translate data needs into efficient analytics pipelines and data models. * Implement Dataflows Gen2 and ingest data from multiple sources (structured and unstructured). * Monitor and optimize data solutions for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. * Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to support advanced analytics initiatives. * Ensure data governance, security, and compliance within all data engineering processes. Experience: * 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics or business intelligence * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or its components (Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, OneLake, etc.) * Proficiency in data transformation best practices (ETL/ELT). * Knowledge of scripting in Python or Pyspark within notebook environments. Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $100,000 - $120,000.00, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances.
