The Analyst of Consumer Insights will deliver exceptional support to the Consumer Insights team within Brand Marketing at Red Bull North America. This position will play a crucial role in representing the voice of the consumer, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to marketing insights and strategies across the U.S. market. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics) Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, customer insights, or a similar role in a consumer-facing environment Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel Proficiency in SPSS and experience navigating crosstab tools Experience with Power BI/Tableau or other data analysis/visualization software Ability to support quantitative and qualitative research methodologies Strength in creating fact-based stories, and the ability to integrate multiple tools to solve problems Ability to analyze results, interpret findings, support recommendations, and develop presentations Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present and explain complex technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with CPG brands and related data and knowledge of research methodologies preferred Travel 10-20% Permanent Benefits eligible
