*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to assist with onsite technical support during our new technology implementation training sessions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in help desk or desktop support who thrives in a fast-paced, user-facing environment and is eager to grow with a modernizing organization. *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide hands-on IT support during employee training sessions, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality for all participants. * Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues including Wi-Fi connectivity, laptop malfunctions, login/password problems, and Office 365 application errors (including Teams). * Support and escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff or appropriate teams as needed. * Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Dell laptops and networked printers. * Utilize a ticketing system to log, track, and resolve support requests in a timely and professional manner. * Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating clearly, patiently, and effectively with users of varying technical skill levels. * Collaborate with IT and training teams to ensure a smooth rollout of new technologies and systems. * Stay up to date with evolving tools and systems, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. *Qualifications:* * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a help desk or desktop support role. * Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Office 365 (especially Teams), and basic networking issues. * Experience supporting Dell hardware and network printers. * Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support workflows. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-energy, fast-paced setting. * Eagerness to learn and grow with a company undergoing digital transformation. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
