We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Business Analyst to join our Global Infrastructure & Cloud Operations team. This role will support infrastructure and cloud initiatives by documenting current and future state environments, gathering requirements, and translating complex systems into clear, actionable documentation. You'll collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment and clarity across all phases of infrastructure projects. Responsibilities * Gather and analyze business and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews. * Create and maintain infrastructure documentation including network diagrams, system architecture, data flows, SOPs, and runbooks. * Support infrastructure and cloud projects by defining scope, deliverables, and documentation standards. * Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment. * Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Ensure documentation meets quality, compliance, and audit standards. Must-Have Qualifications * Strong experience in requirements gathering and technical documentation. * Proficiency in creating system diagrams and process flows (e.g., using Visio). * Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure (networks, systems, cloud). * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Experience supporting infrastructure or cloud-related projects. * Familiarity with documentation tools and version control practices. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). * Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT). * Exposure to Agile or hybrid project environments. * Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
