Senior DevOps Engineer Skillsoft is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to champion best practices in CI/CD, cloud architecture, and security for high-volume, publicly exposed systems. Responsibilities Responsible for managing DevOps Infrastructure, build and test environments, as well as repositories Modernize and standardize our global infrastructure, driving the adoption of AI-powered DevOps solutions that enable teams to deliver faster and more reliably than ever before Collaborate with top engineers and designers across the US, Europe, and Hyderabad, building on a platform that's just getting started. You'll work hands-on with the latest in cloud, AI, and automation-think Kubernetes, Jenkins, Harness.io, AWS, and more Experience the energy of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ideas matter and your contributions drive real change Design and implement scalable, automated infrastructure and DevOps solutions Collaborate across teams to remove bottlenecks and create seamless delivery pipelines Contribute to the development and integration of AI tools that supercharge our infrastructure Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a passionate team of engineers Skills & Qualification Requirements: 5-8 years of professional Software DevOps & Infrastructure Engineering experience building cloud-based enterprise solutions with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience Deep expertise in CI/CD, Release Engineering, and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS) Proficient in JavaScript, Python or Go Strong background with REST APIs, web services, Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) integrations, and databases (preferably Postgres) Solid understanding of Unix/Linux systems and troubleshooting complex issues Experience with Git-based workflows and Agile/Scrum methodologies A passion for solving hard problems and a knack for seeing the big picture Location: East Coast US Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience building AI tooling to automate Kubernetes management Experience in regulated or high-compliance environments A track record of driving change and inspiring teams Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be approximately $150,000 - $178,000 annualized.
