The AVP, Branch Support provides strategic oversight and operational leadership for multiple full-service branch offices within the Cleveland market. This role is responsible for ensuring the overall effectiveness and efficiency of daily branch operations, with a strong focus on sales performance, team development, customer experience, and compliance standards. The AVP, Branch Support will lead and support branch management in achieving business objectives related to growth, lending, risk management, service delivery, and community engagement, while upholding the Bank's mission, values, and commitment to excellence.

Education and Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience required; with a minimum of 10 years of management or experience. Experience must include direct staff management, performance coaching, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
* Minimum of 3 years of multi-branch retail banking management experience required, with a proven ability to lead, develop, and support branch teams across multiple locations.
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and consistently achieving or surpassing sales, service, and operational targets.
* Demonstrated leadership strength, with a history of dependability, accountability, and the ability to motivate and elevate team performance.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey expectations, provide feedback, and engage teams effectively across all levels.
* Excellent time management and prioritization abilities, capable of managing multiple responsibilities, shifting priorities, and meeting strict deadlines under pressure.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate risk and make balanced, strategic choices that align with customer needs and business objectives.
* Community-focused mindset with the demonstrated ability to lead branch teams in developing and maintaining a strong local presence, resulting in growth of new and existing business relationships.
* Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and Saturdays, as needed to support business needs.
* A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.
* Candidates being considered will be subject to additional background checks as required by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

Essential Functions:
* Consistently set the tone for excellence by demonstrating and upholding the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Values. Lead with integrity, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
* Provide strategic leadership and oversight to all assigned branches, ensuring achievement of Relationship Building, Operational Integrity, Business Development, and Customer Service goals. Hold Branch Managers and their teams accountable for meeting key performance metrics.
* Build a proactive, customer-focused culture where each team member contributes to branch success. Mentor and coach branch leadership through consistent, structured feedback and development planning.
* Serve as a visible and accessible resource to Branch Managers, providing ongoing guidance, recognition, and support. Partner with leaders to identify talent, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
* Lead efforts to retain, grow, and deepen customer relationships. Oversee the consistent execution of relationship-building strategies, including onboarding, cross-selling, and personalized service.
* Hold Branch Managers accountable for business development through structured Calling Plans and active involvement in community organizations. Support sourcing of new business deposits, loans, and Group Banking relationships.
* Monitor compliance with all regulatory requirements, bank policies, and procedures. Guide branches in maintaining operational soundness, identifying risk, and executing corrective action when necessary.
* Actively identify and reward high-performing team members. Champion internal development and succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines across the region.
* Navigate evolving business needs with agility. Provide calm, effective leadership during high-pressure situations, ensuring alignment with customer and organizational priorities.
* Use strong judgment to balance customer experience, risk management, and financial performance. Empower branch leaders to do the same through example and coaching.
* Take full ownership of understanding and managing operational and regulatory risks inherent to the role. Complete all required compliance training and instill a culture of accountability within each branch.
