Valle Vista Health System features individual units for adolescents and adults, and offers inpatient acute care, and a variety of outpatient services at multiple locations. Position Summary: The Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) focuses solely on providing the gold standard of care for patients diagnosed with Opioid Dependence. As such, the Director provides leadership and oversight of the Opioid Treatment Program in Indianapolis and is responsible for ensuring the overall clinical integrity of the program working with a team of industry experts providing guidance and career development. Unique to the industry, our OTPs offer psychiatric services to our comorbid opioid patients, thus ensuring the best opportunity for our patients' success.

Responsibilities for this role include direct supervision and management of all clinic staff and operations as well as marketing and promotional responsibilities in the community. The successful leader will be the face of the clinic to the community, the state agencies and support agencies in the treatment of patients suffering from this disease.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee day to day operations of the OTP
  • Ensures delivery of treatment services per best practice and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide supervision and leadership of OTP staff
  • Establish and Maintain New Vista North as the preferred OTP provider in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • LCSW, LMHC, LCAC, LMFT, or other addiction credential from a nationally recognized credentialing body and approved by the Division of Mental Health and Addiction
  • A working knowledge of accreditation standards associated with the Joint Commission, DEA, DMHA, SAMHSA, and Board of Pharmacy.
  • At least (1) year work experience providing services in the field of addiction; Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience in human services field
