As a Senior Manager in Investor Development, you will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of learning and development strategies for Capital Group's global investment professionals. In this role, you will architect and deliver a comprehensive learning roadmap that supports both broad-based and targeted development across Capital's global investor community. You'll ensure investment professionals are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and skills necessary to excel in deep research analysis, investment decision-making, and client service. As the investment industry rapidly evolves-particularly with the transformative potential of generative AI-you will lead the integration of innovative technologies and methodologies into the learning ecosystem. You will serve as a strategic leader within the Investor Development & Early Careers team and as a trusted partner to senior investor leaders and Learning & Development (L&D) counterparts across Capital Group. You'll bring thought leadership and best practices in L&D to a diverse set of learners-from undergraduate interns to our most seasoned analysts and portfolio managers. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
