Position Summary - Your Impact

The Senior Analyst, E-Business will play a critical role in driving the company's digital transformation and e-commerce growth. This position will impact the business by leveraging data analytics to optimize online sales strategies, enhance customer engagement, and improve the overall digital experience. The Senior Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of e-commerce initiatives and alignment with business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities - What You'll Do

  • Data Analysis:Collect, analyze, and interpret e-commerce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Promotional excellence: Manage tactical execution of promotional plans with marketing team alignment, agency input, and collaborate with customers to optimize builds. Post performance analysis.
  • Performance Metrics:Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of online sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting:Create detailed reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to senior management. Conduct monthly sales reporting and business reviews for key accounts.
  • Customer Insights:Analyze customer behavior and feedback to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Market Research:Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform e-commerce strategies.
  • Campaign Management:Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Website Optimization:Collaborate with the web development team to optimize website performance, usability, and conversion rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with sales, marketing, IT, and customer service teams to align e-commerce initiatives with business goals.
  • Project Support:Assist in the implementation of new e-commerce projects and initiatives.

  • Sales Team:Work together to integrate e-commerce data with sales strategies and goals.
  • IT Team:Partner to ensure the technical aspects of the e-commerce platform are optimized.
  • Customer Service Team:Coordinate to improve the online customer experience and address customer feedback.
  • Finance Team:Work with finance to ensure accurate reporting and analysis of e-commerce financial performance.

  • Analytical Skills:Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing software.
  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly.
  • Problem-Solving:Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Attention to Detail:High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
  • Project Management:Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer Focus:Understanding of customer behavior and the ability to translate data into customer-centric strategies.
  • Collaboration:Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams + levels, building strong relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or data analysis.
  • Industry Knowledge:Experience in the food and beverage industry or a similar consumer goods sector is a plus.
  • Technical Expertise:Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Instacart, DoorDash, eB2B), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing software.
  • Certifications:Relevant certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce are a plus.
  • Proven Track Record:Demonstrated success in driving e-commerce performance through data-driven strategies.
