Overview Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting sales growth? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support & Sales Coordinator to be the front-line voice of our brand. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with customers, support sales initiatives, and ensure smooth communication across departments.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service or sales support who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound communications with retailers, OEMs, distributors, and the general public. * Maintain a strong understanding of the company's full product line to effectively communicate features, availability, and pricing. * Navigate CRM systems (Salesforce.com) to manage customer profiles, update records, and track interactions. * Process marketing sample orders accurately and efficiently. * Support marketing and sales campaigns through targeted outreach and follow-up. * Assist the regional sales team with order placement, customer qualification, reporting, and pre-sale support. * Own customer issues from start to resolution, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. * Meet or exceed daily contact goals via phone and email. Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Haves: * 1-2 years of experience in a B2B or B2C customer service or sales support role (preferably in consumer or industrial products) * Strong data entry and order processing skills * Experience with ERP systems * General computer proficiency and comfort with multitasking across platforms Nice-to-Haves: * Experience with Salesforce.com or JD Edwards * Familiarity with CRM and order management systems Soft Skills * Eager to learn and grow within the role * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * High level of professionalism and reliability * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Experience Level: Entry-Level Growth Opportunity: This role offers potential for advancement within customer service, sales, or marketing functions. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
