Description One of TEKsystems' clients, a Fortune 500 company and leader in their respective industry, is looking for a Helpdesk/Technical Support Analyst to join their team. The candidate will be expected to perform world-class customer service to the company's external, revenue-generating customers who utilize one of the primary applications used for logging into their account via a web portal/website to do business. Much of the work will include resetting passwords and walking clients through the website to ensure the customer is able to see what they need to see. The role will not necessarily include level 2 troubleshooting or any systems analysis, but the ability to perform those duties could be beneficial.
