FlexStaff is seeking an experienced Director of Treasury Operations for our client, a leading global technology company.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead daily cash reporting, liquidity management, and forecasting.


  • Prepare and analyze a rolling 26-week cash flow forecast, collaborating with various business units.


  • Manage bank and lender relationships.


  • Provide treasury support for trade services, letters of credit, bank guarantees, and surety bonds.


  • Monitor debt, manage borrowing needs, and ensure compliance with credit facility reporting.


  • Prepare cash/debt activity reports for executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and lenders.


  • Analyze and optimize the global bank account structure.


  • Administer bank platforms and execute electronic funds transfers (FedWires, ACH, wire transfers).


  • Enhance cash account reporting and visibility.


  • Manage the company-wide Accounts Payable function, implementing best practices and streamlining processes.


  • Oversee daily Accounts Receivable collections and monitor credit insurance.


  • Assist with risk management, insurance renewals, and claims processing.


  • Support other risk mitigation activities (export compliance, FCPA).


  • Assist with 401(k) plan administration and audits.


  • Support travel and expense and P-Card programs.


  • Assist with SEC reporting related to treasury activities.


  • Delegate tasks and support the treasury team.


  • Lead ad-hoc reporting and projects.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (MBA preferred).


  • 5-7 years of treasury experience, including 3-5 years of team leadership.


  • Strong technical skills in domestic and international cash management operations.


  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.


  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.


  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make critical decisions, and take ownership.


  • Deltek Costpoint knowledge a plus.
