Job Title: IT Project Manager
Duration: 4+ months (Potential for extension) Location: Chicago, IL ( Hybrid, 3 days a week) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the Protocol Analysis & Remediation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle, ensuring that all objectives are met within the specified timeline and budget. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for the Protocol Analysis & Remediation project. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. * Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution. * Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management. * Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the organization's security objectives. * Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to the project team and stakeholders. Qualifications: * At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the information security domain. * Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). * Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable. * A college or university degree, MBA, or relevant advanced degree is a plus. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget. * Previous job roles that may indicate success include IT Project Manager, Security Project Manager, and Program Manager. Skills Required: * Ability to guide teams, set objectives, and ensure project success * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills * Experience with cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management * Strong planning, budgeting, and scheduling capabilities * Risk and change management skills * Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards, Clarity PPM, or similar. |
