About the Project:

Join a cutting-edge initiative to build a Digital Banking Experience (DBX) platform from scratch within a leading commercial bank. This platform focuses on the money movement space including vendor payments, payroll, and treasury management-delivering seamless, user-friendly financial products for B2B clients.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to drive the creation of payment-related user experiences within the DBX platform. You will work closely with a team of 14 designers and multiple stakeholders to produce high-quality, production-ready design assets primarily using Figma. This role emphasizes execution and collaboration rather than strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate payment-related screens and user journeys for the digital banking platform.
• Collaborate closely with internal designers and cross-functional partners to deliver production-ready designs.
• Export and prepare design assets (e.g., PNGs) from Figma and Lucid Spark for development and stakeholder reviews.
• Participate in team communications and collaborative sessions to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
• Support multiple designers by sharing design standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in B2B product design, especially within financial services or payments space.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping (mandatory).
• Experience with journey creation and multi-screen design workflows.
• Comfortable working as an individual contributor (IC) and collaborating with partners across teams.
• Ability to manage production-heavy design deliverables efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Lucid Spark or similar visualization tools (good to have).
• Background or understanding of financial products and processes (nice to have).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a large design team.
