Manage multiple complex client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact, understanding their needs and providing solutions through Oracles products or services. Build and maintain relationships at all levels and strategic partnerships with executive leadership across the client organization. Oversee all strategy and business development engagements with the client to achieve consistency in strategy, messaging and quality of interaction. Responsible for sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursing new business opportunities that align to their needs. Serve as the escalation point and facilitate resolution of issues requiring executive attention

Responsibilities

Manage the overall execution and relationships within assigned clients. Building and maintaining strategic partnerships at all levels of the organization in addition to overseeing all company related engagements, maintaining and advancing growth strategies and revenue. The ability to work across and with several engaged teams as the unifying force for the clients success is critical.

  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Needs Analysis: Understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Effectively communicating with clients, presenting solutions, and negotiating deals.
  • Account Planning and Strategy: Developing and executing account plans to achieve sales goals and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Tracking sales progress, forecasting revenue, and reporting on account activity.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,600 to $207,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracles differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
