*We are looking to set up interviews as early as this week* *Job Description - This is a contract to hire in as an FTE Opportunity * Our Client is going through their Windows 11 migration and looking for a Sr. IT Support Specialist to help with the IT deployments. Candidates must have 3 years of Desktop Support / Deployment experience as well as Windows 11 and MS Autopilot. Ideally this person will hit the ground running without a ramp up period as they are mid way through their migration at this time. This person will also tackle steady state Deskside support tickets for a location with about 100 end-users. This person must be comfortable being the Sole Deskside IT Support individual onsite with a much larger team to escalate issues to nationally. Day to Day Responsibilities: - Windows 11 deployments and setups for end users - 70/30 remote vs hands on - Phone, email, remote support for end users across the organization (West Coast to East Cost) - Work space moves - Hardware, printers set up, applications, etc. - In-Person support for various hardware and software issues - Utilize VMware for connecting to virtual desktops - Utilize Citrix receiver for desktops and virtual apps - Technologies: InTune, Autopilot, Windows 11, Lenovo desktops, Office 365 for email, proprietary apps, chrome, peripherals, CISCO Phone System *Skills Preferred: * Desktop, Windows 10, Windows 11, iphone, android, Active directory, Hardware, vpn, intune, azure, Deployment, Bomgar, office 365 *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Desired Skill & Abilities: - Executive Support Experience (Some executive leadership in CT.) - Mac Support Experience (Some Mac devices within the environment) - High aptitude and drive to learn (This will be value non-technical skills over technical) - Great customer service on multiple platforms (In-person, phone, email, etc.) - Ability to be self-motivated (Taking the initiative) *Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Offered from Day One* * If you are interested in hearing more about this opportunity, please send your updated resume and contact information to me at: zkanouse@ [teksystems.com](https://teksystems.com/) (no space in email address) * *Workplace Type* This is a fully onsite position in Farmington / Unionville, Connecticut. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00.
