*Job Title: Marketing Assistant*
*Location:* Costa Mesa *Job Type:* Full-Time (40 HRS. Per Week) *Reports To:* Sara - Marketing Manager / Director of Marketing *Salary Range:* $55,000-$60,000 *Position Summary:* We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented *Marketing Assistant* to join our team and play a key role in executing internal marketing strategies designed to drive growth and increase annual sales. The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help ensure consistent brand messaging across all internal channels. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Support Internal Marketing Campaigns:* Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of targeted internal marketing initiatives aimed at boosting customer engagement and sales performance. * *Content Creation & Coordination:* Develop and manage marketing content for email campaigns, social media, sales collateral, internal newsletters, and promotional materials. * *Lead Generation & Sales Support:* Collaborate closely with the sales team to create effective lead-generation tools and track performance metrics related to campaign impact on revenue. * *CRM Management:* Maintain and update customer and prospect data within the CRM system to ensure accurate targeting and reporting. * *Reporting & Analytics:* Track campaign performance using KPIs and marketing analytics tools to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. * *Market Research:* Conduct competitor and customer research to inform marketing strategy and identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaps. * *Administrative Support:* Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team including scheduling, project tracking, vendor coordination, and asset management. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. * 1+ year of radio/ TV experience, planning ads or creating ideas/ copy * 1-2 years of marketing experience (internship or professional), ideally in a sales-driven environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and marketing platforms. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. * A creative mindset with a passion for driving results. *Key Performance* *Indicators (KPIs):* * Assist in achieving an annual sales increase through strategic marketing support. * Execution and tracking of at least (X) internal campaigns per quarter. * Improvement in lead conversion rates and customer engagement metrics. * Timely delivery of marketing materials and adherence to campaign timelines. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
