Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Go-To-Market (GTM) Project Manager with a leading client in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an on-site contract position.

Job Description:

The Senior Go-To-Market (GTM) Project Manager will be responsible for successful re-launch of our product platforms on the Palantir Platform. This role will work closely with key stakeholders and partners on aligning strategies as well as the planning, monitoring, and execution of strategic go-to-market (GTM) initiative(s). The role will be responsible for coordinating efforts across sales, account management, legal, marketing, and services to set pricing and packaging, ensuring contract alignment, overseeing marketing efforts, ensuring sales enablement, and partnering with services.

As a key player in the GTM process, you will be responsible managing timelines and facilitating collaboration between both internal and external stakeholders to ensure new products and services are launched on time, within scope, and with the necessary support for long-term success. The Senior GTM Program Manager is also committed to continuous alignment of program goals with the organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Define & drive the end-to-end go-to-market process including timelines, milestones, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Launch Management: Oversee the execution of launch plans, manage deliverables, track progress, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and dependencies
  • Facilitates project meetings, prepare presentations, document status updates, and maintain working artifacts
  • Works closely with partners in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Services, Customer Support, Implementation, Legal, Compliance, Security, and other functions to ensure correct scoping and deliverables for key program initiatives
  • Identify, document, and mitigate key risks, issues, and dependencies across program and recommends actions to ensure successful completion of projects
  • Ensures workstreams continue to execute/implement according to the overall program plan, and identify/highlight/work to resolve areas where workstreams run into roadblocks
  • Serve as central point of contact for and between product management, technical teams, customer support, marketing, business leaders, and third party partners to ensure transparency, accurate messaging, and understanding across all levels of the organization
  • Ensure alignment between teams on launch readiness, including technical capabilities, customer onboarding, and operational processes
  • Facilitate collaboration and decision-making across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams to confirm that all GTM elements needed for a successful launch-such as pricing, positioning, messaging, legal/compliance/security requirements, training, sales enablement materials, customer onboarding, and implementation plans-are aligned and ready before launch
  • Monitor post-launch performance metrics (e.g., customer adoption, sales pipeline conversion, revenue impact, churn reduction)
  • Identify and escalate post-launch challenges, such as low adoption, misalignment with customer expectations, or operational inefficiencies, and coordinate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Collect feedback from sales teams, customer success, and early adopters to refine messaging, positioning, and training materials based on real-world use cases
  • Work with Marketing and Product teams to iterate on go-to-market strategies, adjusting campaigns, pricing, or product positioning as needed to optimize performance
  • Creates & coordinates reporting to both internal & external stakeholder on program status, KPIs, financial impacts, and other quantitative/qualitative metrics projects risks and mitigation
  • Work with finance to establish a regular financial performance report of the health of the program (level of investment, sales pipeline, once we are live - profitability, etc.)
  • Conducts regular program reviews with key stakeholders and executive leadership to keep team apprised of progress, next steps, and key risks identified
  • Communicates and presents project status to multiple layers of the organization
  • Identify opportunities to streamline commercialization efforts and improve cross-team coordination
  • Contribute to the development of tools, templates, playbooks, and best practices for future product launches to drive repeatable success.


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, go-to-market execution, or product commercialization in a technology, SaaS, healthcare IT, or B2B environment with track record of successful delivery
  • Excellent leadership, communication, time and stakeholder management, facilitation, and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams/initiatives, and drive results
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, ability to quickly adapt to change and work with comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Mavenlink, or similar)
  • Proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority and reporting relationships
  • Experience in hospital, healthcare, or other similar industry desirable
  • 4-year degree in related field, preferably in a business or technical discipline required
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
  • Project Management Institute (PMP) or Prince2 certification desirable
  • Lean Six Sigma certification desirable
  • Pragmatic Marketing certification desirable
