In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the quality and consistency of critical business data-particularly in areas like customer and product master data. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Process all additions/deletions/changes made to the master data files and perform regular data cleansing to ensure accuracy.
- Review and analyze form data to ensure compliance with audit guidelines prior to set-up.
- Communicate changes to key stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of processes to manage the master data lifecycle, data entry processes and controls, and data enhancements across the various data elements.
- Perform project management responsibilities, as directed, for the definition, documentation, and communication of end-to-end master data processes, data definitions and ownership, future state development, and roadmap to close gaps.
- Perform data analysis, developing root cause and corrective action plans to close gaps.
- Develop and provide training on master data standards, definitions, policies, tools, and procedures.
- Work with data owners to collect and validate new data required for business initiatives.
- Coordinate efforts between various internal groups to ensure master data alignment and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain and enforce master data entry processes and controls to ensure optimal data quality and functionality.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 0 to 2 years master data or data management, data governance, or related experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with ERP systems, i.e.: JDE, EnterpriseOne, eRMS, and DMS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets and identify meaningful insights.
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
