Chartwells K12 is seeking a passionate and experiencedDirector of Dining Servicesto lead food service operations forAntigo Unified School Districtin Wisconsin, serving approximately1,658 students across four public schools. Reporting to the Area Director, this role oversees a team of up to16 dedicated Chartwells associatesand is responsible for ensuring excellence in food quality, safety, and service. The ideal candidate will bring a strong culinary background paired with proven management experience-particularly in restaurant or foodservice settings-with a solid understanding of financials, team leadership, and operational efficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to grow and innovate. While the current focus is on breakfast and lunch programs, there is strong interest in expandingcatering services, making this a great fit for someone with creativity and a passion for hospitality. Strong organizational skills, food safety knowledge, and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, students, and school leadership are critical to success in this role.
