If you are a current employee, please navigate here to apply internally.The Director of Sales - Fire Protection and Waterworks develops, communicates and executes the short and long-term strategy to grow profitable share and achieve revenue targets through the strategic direction, growth and performance of Wilkins sales efforts in the fire protection and waterworks markets. The position sets sales targets, budgets, and KPIs to drive revenue growth and market share expansion. The Sales Director develops and maintains relationships with key accounts, corporate, and branch leadership, as well as collaborating with cross-functional, internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The position is responsible for sales growth opportunities and gross profit. Essential Job Functions
