Job Title: IT Manager I - Application Support Manager Location: Block 23 What you'll do: As the IT Manager for the Deposits, Payments and Treasury Management team, you will oversee the technical application support team responsible for the daily monitoring, configuration, maintenance, and operation of critical payment applications and processes. You will work closely with delivery, business partners, and vendors to support application releases, change management, and documentation as well as supporting necessary audit and reporting functions for the applications under your ownership. Standardize and continuously improve application documentation templates, workflows, and knowledge repositories. Lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training and development. Provide technical and operational support and expertise on projects for internal partners. Execute adequate escalation for issues. Provide leadership during incident calls. Engage and collaborate with business and IT colleagues to develop stronger partnerships enabling more effective support of critical business and technology functions. What you'll need: 5+ years of related experience in IT--App Support, IT--Development, or Banking Operations. Bachelor's degree in related field required. Previous leadership experience required. Experience with banking operations processes (Core processing, Online Banking, ACH, etc) required. Experience in technology processes and systems such as ADO, SDLC, Change Management, Incident Management, Service Now, etc. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
