What You'll Do

IronArch is seeking an early career product manager, or a project manager desiring to move to product management, on a project within the VA ecosystem. We're seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Product Manager with experience supporting federal IT programs through Agile delivery models. This team member specilizes in requirements decomposition, stakeholder coordination, and process documentation, and is adept at translating complex functional needs into clear, testable technical requirements.

In support of the program, the Product Manager will work under the guidance of the Project Lead to track and document action items, risks, and change requests; manage project documentation; and support the delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports. This includes drafting Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports, maintaining training materials, and participating in VA-facing meetings to clarify evolving business and technical needs. The product manager will help ensure traceability between VA's requirements and technical implementation, playing a key role in quality assurance and communication flow across the Agile delivery lifecycle.

At IronArch, Product Managers are more than just executors of contract deliverables-they are strategic partners embedded in the mission of our clients. We expect our Product Managers to proactively influence product growth and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the value we deliver.

You'll be encouraged to dive deep into the missions of the organizations we support, gaining a comprehensive understanding that informs every product decision. You'll also play a key role in ensuring that your team shares this depth of mission and business knowledge, fostering alignment and purpose across the board.

If you are energized by mission-driven work, experienced in enterprise-scale technology modernization, and confident in your ability to lead talented teams in complex technical landscapes, we encourage you to apply.
