Top Skills' Details 2+ years of experience in Executive Support 2+ years troubleshooting A/V issues with Teams and Zoom Strong customer service and presents well Job Description Day to Day: They'll receive a schedule with all of the upcoming high level meetings. There responsibility will be to go to those conference rooms and make sure that the A/V Set Up is complete and functioning for those meetings. For example, are the phones working, remotes functioning, they'll test out the platform being used Zoom or Teams, etc. Additionally, if problems do arise during these meetings that'll become top priority for them to fix for the c-suite executives. This is why how they present themselves is critical for this role. Need to have strong general IT exec support experience while also knowledgeable around A/V support.
