Customer Service Representative

Marsh is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented
Customer Service Representative to act as the main point of contact for both internal and external customers. This role blends communication, organization, and problem-solving to manage order tracking and reporting tasks effectively.
What You'll Do:
- Act as the primary contact for customer needs, concerns, and updates
- Monitor and track customer orders, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Use Microsoft Excel to create, manage, and analyze reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity
- Identify and help resolve service issues
- Support team members and help maintain operational standards
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or support role
- Education: Associate's degree preferred
- Core Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, sorting/filtering, basic pivot tables)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
