Senior Channel Marketing Manager II We have an opportunity for a Senior Channel Marketing Manager II to join our Business Strategy team in the US, reporting to the Director of Channel Marketing. In this remote role, you will drive regional marketing campaigns with key National Infoblox partners. You will build and regionalize channel marketing programs to activate our AMS partner community to support and scale partner-led demand generation as part of the broader AMS Channel Marketing strategy. Collaborating closely with the Field Marketing team and the AMS Sales Teams, you will be part of close-knit team of global channel marketers who are equal parts creative, data-driven, and passionate Be a Contributor - What You'll Do
- Develop new relationships and nurture existing partner marketer relationships in a select number of National focus partners and distributors
- Develop the National Partner marketing strategy and joint marketing plans, ensuring alignment to our joint strategy, business plans and objectives
- Drive awareness and alignment of the National Partners' marketing strategy and key objectives to field marketers working with the Nationals to inform their local marketing plans
- Work in close collaboration with field marketing as the channel marketing expert to share strategic insights and best practice
- Measure, analyze, and report on channel pipeline-building activities to understand contribution to pipeline health and to evaluate marketing effectiveness/return on investment
- Partner with the Product Marketing team in alignment with the Senior Channel Marketing manager to support the development of channel strategies for new product launches
- Partner with the Customer Advocacy team to grow the pipeline of public customer references for AMS via the channel
- Work with the regional Channel Sales Leader, National and local Channel Account Managers and Field Marketing to drive partner marketing engagement and enablement
- Develop knowledge of your partners' organizations, business structure, and how they measure success
Be Prepared - What You Bring
- 10+ years of technology marketing experience, with a minimum of 6 years of channel marketing experience in enterprise security and networking across multiple AMS markets
- Proven success developing and executing National channel marketing plans aligned to KPIs and marketing contribution
- Expertise in a wide variety of demand generation tactics, including digital, and social
- Knowledge of partner success management and channel marketing tools, such as Zift
- Excellent influencing and diplomacy skills, and a proven ability to get buy-in across a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and across functional disciplines
- Excellent communication skills, influencing skills, and the ability to present at internal and external meetings and events
Be Successful - Your Path First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work. Discuss and create short/long term goals. Six Months:
- Align with the regional Channel team on key priorities and develop effective relationships with key partners
- Build and drive compelling joint marketing activities with focus AMS National partners and distributors to drive lead generation and pipeline programs
- Collaborate with Field Marketing and Channel Sales to manage AMS partner projects, region and partner-specific strategies, including support/participation in local shows and events, serving as the business product and program expert
One Year:
- Execute your strategic marketing plan for the AMS Channel business
- Achieve business objectives regarding demand generation and pipeline with and through your National Partners and distribution partners
- Leverage your partner business knowledge and relationships to drive high-performance programs
