As Senior Human Resources Manager, you will drive HR strategy and execution across Nationals Park, building a culture that empowers employees, ensures compliance, and aligns with Levy's mission of excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR management experience Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite SHRM or HRCI certification preferred Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution Guide performance management and succession planning Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures Lead training and development initiatives Support diversity, equity, and inclusion programs We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with a criminal history (including relevant driving history), in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the New York Fair Chance Act.
