Senior Manager/Director - Compliance Automation & Tooling

Location: San Francisco / Bellevue

About our team

The Compliance Automation and Tooling (CAT) team is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining security compliance tooling, automation and AI across the Product Security and Global Compliance and Certification organizations. You will report directly to the Senior Director of the Compliance Automation Team, a division within the Compliance Automation and Strategy organization, and will play a pivotal role in driving automation and tooling capabilities that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Impact - Responsibilities
  • Define and execute against a product roadmap for compliance tooling and automation, inclusive of AI agents, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs

  • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and actionable deliverables. Collaborate with engineering to build scalable, intuitive, and high-impact solutions

  • Engage directly with internal stakeholders to deeply understand pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of milestones

  • Drive prioritization and trade-offs across user experience, operational performance, and technical feasibility

  • Regularly present product updates, demonstrations, strategies, and results to leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security Product Management, or related field experience

  • 10+ years experience in Product Management, Compliance, GRC, Product Security or Security Engineering

  • Experience collaborating cross functionally with stakeholders and engineering teams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to no-technical audiences

  • Experience in Agile, management of backlogs, sprints, and feature releases

  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and workflow automation capabilities

Preferred
  • Experience working with the Salesforce Platform and Agentforce

  • Experience designing systems that support audit, policy lifecycle, or risk management

  • Strong understanding of security compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, FedRAMP, SOC2)

  • Familiarity with Agentic AI capabilities
