As a Senior Solution Architect at SMCI, you will play a leading role in designing and implementing sophisticated, scalable, and innovative hardware and software solutions for our clients. Your extensive knowledge of hardware, combined with a deep understanding of SMCI's product offerings, will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' complex requirements. This senior position demands exceptional problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field * 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with substantial focus on hardware design and integration * Deep understanding of various hardware technologies, including servers, storage, networking equipment, and embedded systems * Proven experience in designing and implementing complex hardware and software solutions for large-scale enterprises * Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities Preferred Skills: * Extensive experience with SMCI's product line, including servers and storage solutions * Advanced knowledge of hardware-related performance tuning and optimization * Certification in hardware-related fields such as CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or similar * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices Salary Range
$150,000 - $175,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs. EEO Statement
