Land Surveyor - Project Manager

V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, is seeking a Land Surveyor - Project Manager, where you will contribute to career-defining projects that reimagine our built and natural world. Remote opportunities will be considered for experienced Professional Land Surveyors registered in IL for candidates who meet the position requirements and reside in the following states: IN, IL, OH, NC, SC, AZ, CO, FL, MI, MO, NE, TN, WA, and W

You'll change the shape of your community by charting plans that become tomorrow's places, creating impact that lasts. And, as part of our Survey team, you will collaborate with 450+ designers, engineers, and scientists to make meaningful, effective change across North America.

Here's what you'll do:

• Participate in business development activities to develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Prepare various land surveys including Alta, Boundary, Topographic, Condominium, Route and Residential.
• Manage survey projects from setup through completion.
• Bid new projects and create/write proposals.
• Manage client interaction.
• Maintain project budgets and collections.
• Assist other Project Managers and Professional Land Surveyors with drafting and project preparation.

We're looking for:

• Must have 7+ year land surveying experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D experience in construction calculations/Boundary and Topographic Survey preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills required.
• Professional licensure is required.
• Experience working across tollways/highways/roadways.
