- Develop, refine and implement an overall integration process (integration "playbook")
- Owns the overall integration process; leads the planning and execution of all aspects of integration according to established targets
- Accountable for the execution and delivery of the key deal model results, including sales growth, synergies and margins
- Engage early in the M&A process, including prior to the transaction closing, to build knowledge of organization, assist in the development of operational plans post-close, and build relationships with leadership and staff of integrated company
- Ensure the desired culture is reinforced and applied through all M&A processes and practices.
- Work with business sponsors or stakeholders to develop change management plan and project roadmaps that align with business objectives/priority and take into account resource availability.
- Ensure integration risks are identified, tracked, and mitigated.
- Tailor integration plans based on specifics of individual acquisitions while incorporating Integer change management tools
- Identify appropriate stakeholders across all departments to own various pre-closing and post-closing integration activities on a project-by-project basis
- Drive progress on integration activities within multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure milestones are met in a timely manner and in accordance to objective
- Streamline communication between stakeholders to ensure effective and timely completion of integration activities in line with each project's integration timeline and budget
- Influence cross-functional leaders to ensure the appropriate level of resources and urgency are applied to integration activities
- Work closely with all relevant functions, including, but not limited to, IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Sales & Marketing to build and execute integration plans
- Measure the achievement of specific financial measures and key metrics and objectives throughout the integration/transition period
- Create and refine playbooks to integrate acquired businesses into Integer's operations and create repeatable processes
- Enforce consistency and standardize processes across the team and the broader project management organization
- Serve as visible leader and representative from Integer with integrated organizations and demonstrate culture and values of organization, and welcome new colleagues
- Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.

Education & Experience:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field. MBA strongly preferred. Certification from an accredited institution in Project/Program Management preferred.
- Minimum Experience: 10-12 years of progressive business leadership, program management and or other leadership experience with increasing responsibility with 5 years of direct management of professional associates. Good understanding of manufacturing, engineering and systems.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Special Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as excellent team building skills required. Excellent command of project management tools and techniques.
- Specialized Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to work in and foster a team-based environment including project team members, consultants and contractors. Strong track record of delivering consistent results. Strong project management skills. Prior experience in M&A integration highly desired.
Salary Range: 167,250 - 245,300 Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. Employees at the level of Director and above are eligible to receive stock awards as part of their annual compensation package. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
