The Customer Experience Coordinator II is responsible for providing world-class customer service and transactional support over the phone and through electronic communications. This position has primary responsibility for processing incoming product orders and providing product support referrals. This is an onsite role in Memphis, Tennessee. Duties and Responsibilities:
