Senior Health Center Manager - Minneapolis, MN
Pay: The anticipated salary range for this position is $72,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant work experience, the skills required for the role, internal equity, market competitiveness, and budget considerations. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Shift times: Shifts scheduled around clinic hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am - 5pm. Work approximately one weekend every three weeks.

Job Summary:
Under immediate supervision of the Senior Director of Health Services, the Senior Health Center Manager performs a wide variety of functions. Provides direction and leadership to health center teams and leaders to achieve productivity standards and exceptional customer service. Serves as the point person for staffing in the designated neighborhood/area. Oversee center operations, collection of all center data; act as public relations person for education and advocacy issues. Senior Health Center Managers are advocates in implementing our mission of "Advancing and protecting sexual and reproductive healthcare for all." They may perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Six years of progressive work-related experience is required or a combination of relevant experience and education to equal six years
- Three years of work experience in people management
- Work experience in health services
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Meet established productivity standards for center Neighborhood revenue, expense/margin, patient numbers, quality and customer service. Travel between centers as required
- Ensure compliance with medical and agency policies and standards
- Hire, orient, supervise, and terminate staff and health center managers. Facilitate professional development of staff and plan and conduct regular meetings
- Allocating and monitoring the utilization of float/staffing coverage per staffing matrix to prevent closure of health centers
- Establish and maintain information systems in a current and accessible manner
- Evaluate and monitor financial operations and patient information at the center Neighborhood level. Participate in budget preparation
- Oversee maintenance of health center facilities and manage inventory of equipment and supplies
- Conduct and facilitate community outreach activities to promote Planned Parenthood North Central States' (PPNCS) mission in cooperations with administrative staff including governmental affairs, external affairs and education
- Build and maintain active working relationships with community health care network
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies in cooperation with the communications department
- According to established standards, coordinate time between administrative work and direct patient care. Coordinate staffing and scheduling between centers
- Explain all FDA approved birth control methods
- Provide specific instruction on the patient's selected birth control method
- Inform patients in a non-directive manner about all options available to them in the event of an unintended pregnancy and make a referral for service based on the patient's needs
- Describe the difference between medication and surgical abortion
- Provide factual, non-based information to patients seeking an abortion
- Follow all state laws regarding mandatory reporting
- Comply with state laws governing abortion services
- Other duties as assigned
Immunization Requirements:
- Hepatitis B vaccination records and titers
- Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccination records or proof of immunization
- Chicken Pox vaccination records or proof of immunization
- Tetanus shot documentation
- Tuberculosis PPD Skin Test that is no older than 12 months
